Friday December 4th from 2-9pm. 30+ arts and crafts vendors, open studios and businesses, live music, art openings, refreshments, holiday shopping, performances, warm fires and smores... and lots of activities for the kids!

Thanks for all the support from everyone involved in the RxRAD! The Arts District identity is really coming together, and all the RxRAD First Friday events have been really successful! We are so excited to be a part of this wonderful new tradition!

Hi folks. Maybe you've heard about the new legislation that passed recently, maybe not.

It's the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA.)

Please check out this site to see that not only might my toys become illegal on February 10th, but thousands of small businesses could be forced to shut down due to unreasonable testing certification requirements!
All businesses that provide products for anyone 12 yrs and younger will be affected! Thrift stores will no longer be able to offer resale items intended for this age group!

Handcrafted Industries was there, and WOW what a great day it was! It was a little chilly setting up at 8am, but it warmed up nicely.

So many thanks to the promoters, vendors, Kurt Wood for spinning great sides all day, and especially all the nice folks that came out to show their support for local arts and crafts!

We will be in Atlanta next weekend, but back in Athens for the 283 Holiday Sale on Saturday December 6th!

Check us out at the Athens Holiday Market on the 12th-13th, the Go Bar on the 16th, and Flicker on the 20th too!

14 years ago, i got to the point of having the skills to produce the wooden toys i had always wanted to make.
i have dabbled over the years, doing craft shows here and there, but now i'm making more toys than ever.
